if someone don't have 2 year experience in nursing but have 2500 hrs experience ?

i want to go for nursing registration in New Zealand.i have 2500 hrs experience in 15 months but not 2 year experience. i want to know 2500 hrs acceptable instead of 2 year experience ?

No, you need to contact the nursing board, this is an international registration requirement as NZ was struggling with under prepared nurses being registered during thier shortage a few years agos.

It's not up to the hospitals but the NZNC. Last I heard they are pretty strict on the 2 years full time practice minimum for international nurses.
