Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the SoCal Kaiser Permanente RN Residency Program's October 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Hi, I got the email as well for Pan City and just had my phone follow-up. I got an offer!!

Congrats to everyone from pan city getting offers. I'm assuming in out since I didn't hear back after the interview. This was my second time interviewing, I also interviewed for the July cohort. At this point starting to wonder if being a long term employee is actually hurting me instead of helping.

No follow up questions. The lady just made me an offer and gave me Info.
