downey was my first choice, still haven't heard back and we probably won't be hearing back since its kinda late for interviews now 😞

I heard interviews would be going until august 16 so im still holding on hope... but I have not heard anything and my status hasn't changed from "submitted". Anyone else in the same boat?

Was anyone here at the group interview for Kaiser Southbay on Monday 08/12? They dismissed us one-by-one, and I'm curious if the individuals who were dismissed last were given a second interview? 

Here are the questions they asked our group: 

1. Why did you choose nursing?

2. What are your plans for the next 5 years?

3. What do you bring to our organization/team? (something along those lines) 

4. We each had a clinical question: Ex-- "Your patient is diabetic and nonverbal or unconscious, what do you do?" I think they wanted to hear that you'd immediately take a Blood Sugar. A tricky one that stumped people was "Your patient has asymptomatic V.tach, how will you present this to the physician?" I believe they just wanted to hear how you give SBAR.
