SOC cheat sheets

Ive searched all over for a cheat sheet or checklist to go from patients home to my home to use on laptop to complete documentation at home. New home care admission nurse. Cant find any please help!

Why not bring your laptop with you and complete the assessment in the home? There are paper OASIS forms that I'm sure you could find online as well.

Have seen cheat sheets on this site in the past and have seen OASIS forms on the internet. Either would do for a start.

I do for most part, there are times though the visit is cut short and I want to be able to remember if I document some at home and figured a cheat sheet for those things would be of great help. Working on making my own.
