So are the unoffical result reliable

So i have been so worried this is the second time I took my boards and I got my unoffical results today and it say pass is this 100% for sure? I have just been so worried about maybe I am in just disbelief I knew I would get it eventually but would really like so assurance that this is it I finally made it.
