So extremely proud of our frontline nurses

So last week I was taken off work due to a possible covid exposure Then of Frday I stat-rted having a truely horrific pain in my left lower quadrant. I immediately thought Diverticulitis as I have had it before but after much discussion with my husband about going to the ER or not I decided I needed to go as I was not keeping down fluids. Got to the ER and was triaged into the non-covid side assessed and got a cat scan. During the time I was there about 3 hours I heard multiple Code Blue call from the "Covid Ramp"

I was right about what was wrong and left with a script for ATBs and Flagyl. One thing I noticed was how tired they all looked but stilll able to give good service with a smile. My Insurance is the largest single health provider in the US so some of the folks in that ER had aleady gotten the vaccine. Most said the same thing (and I realize its anecdotyl) but they said that they felt like crap for two days then They felt OK. Their not allowed to call off sick for any short term adverse effects.

Any way my hat is off to all the nurses doing the hard work.
