Peanut butter and apple or celery
Cheese and crackers (or apple)
Trail mix -- nuts, raisins, etc.
They make a lot of stuff like that in snack packs now.
A protein drink, greek yogurt smoothy, etc. -- easy to grab out of the fridge and take a few swallows quickly without having to take a full break

I'm about to start my senior preceptorship. It will be my first time with 12-hour shifts (prior clinicals were all 8 hours). I tend to have issues with blood sugar drops so I need to make sure I have snacks available to me in case I feel a crash coming on. I'm looking for ideas of things I can keep with me or at least in my bag that will stick with me and are reasonably HEALTHY. I get bored of the same things all the time (cereal bars, nutella and breadsticks) but I'm stuck in a rut. Any ideas?
