Does anyone know of any good APPs to help with studying the Skeletal system, or even a place where I could by an anatomically correct skeleton for inexpensive.

message me your email address, I have an animated powerpoint of the skeletal system that I found was really useful for learning landmarks

Got a 98 on my skeletal exam! Thank you for your PowerPoint!

Specializes in Emergency Room, CEN, TCRN.

Glad it helped out. I sent you powerpoints for all the other systems, right?

Yes, I'm so appreciative of that! I'll be utilizing them quite soon. I'm sure it will help me to achieve similar success!

Yes you did, thank you for that.

I am personally a big fan of the anatomy colouring books, but if you don't like colouring, "Essential Skeleton 4" is a great app. It goes into a lot of detail, and you can easily pick out smaller parts of the bones (down to surface markings) to look at in more detail.

I have been taking photos in lab and converting them into quizzes online. Some are matching, some fill in the blank, a little bit of everything. Ill study my core subject matter for 15 minutes or so, take a quiz, 10 minutes of studying, take a quiz. little quick bits of repetition seem to help me much more than one big sit down looking at a foramen and a fossa and a saggital suture etc.. over and over and over etc...
