Skagit Valley College Spring 2018 anyone??

Published

Hello again! After making a mistake on my application for Skagit Valley Fall 2017 cohort, I am now applying for Spring 2018 cohort. Are there any fellow nervous anticipators out there!? I'm going in with 95.17 points, but am super nervous with how competitive their program is. They also started a TEAS refresher course, which could definitely mean higher TEAS scores:nailbiting:! Anyway, looking forward to hearing from others going into Skagit's program and going through the process together:laugh:

I applied with a 96.86 but the only thing that has made me think differently about my application is that my CNA license is still in Colorado. I moved here in September and have not transferred it to Washington state yet...

That could be tricky, I don't remember if they specified that or not

When I applied as a transfer Nursing student it wasn't an issue... they denied me as a transfer student in to med/surg because I was not taught IV skills in my previous program...so I hope that my Colorado license isn't an issue! Keeping my fingers crossed!

I just got my letter yesterday & was accepted as well! I had a 96.8 score (3.97 gpa/90.7 TEAS). I was hopeful and really glad to receive the confirmation!

Chellehz, have you received your letter today? Mine still hasn't arrived...

Has anyone else heard back yet??
