  1. I GOT IN!!!! I'm so excited! Being out of town I didn't think I'd know till Saturday, but my hubby just checked and sent me a photo!........... I applied with 95.17 points TEAS 89.7 GPA 3.97
  2. Aaahhhhh!!!! I'm not home to check :-( !!!! For reference, can you guys post what your points were for applying? I think that will be a better reference for anyone looking at what is needed to get accepted. Congratulations to those of you who've been accepted!!!
  3. Just checked the mail and...nothing í ½í¸£í ½í¸ Here's to tomorrowí ¾í´—
  4. I just checked my mail and nothing today:/ Hopefully next week! Welcome Dgraafstra5 and good luck!!
  5. I almost can't stand it!!!! Last time we were notified a few days before the date they set, so hopefully a little more than a week!!
  6. That's a great plan! If anything, you will be a great asset to students in the class with all your knowledge:) Good luck to you guys, this Friday is the last day to submit applications, so it gets real after that!
  7. That's Awesome! Will you be doing the LPN to RN program or the full RN program?
  8. grace0419, Out of curiosity , what type of work do you do now?
  9. Hey there everyone! Skagit has a very competitive program, but you guys all have amazing scores! I was told that 93.?? was the lowest they allowed in for Fall 2017 cohort, so we are all very competitive for Spring. My concern is that SVC just offered the TEAS prep class last quarter, so I'm thinking there may be pretty high scores this time around. We shall see:nailbiting:. February cannot come fast enough!! What are you all doing while waiting? Are you prepping? Taking winter classes? Relaxing in the calm before the storm? I am just going crazy in impatience, lol! Also, where are you guys located? I am in Oak Harbor
  10. Hello again! After making a mistake on my application for Skagit Valley Fall 2017 cohort, I am now applying for Spring 2018 cohort. Are there any fellow nervous anticipators out there!? I'm going in with 95.17 points, but am super nervous with how competitive their program is. They also started a TEAS refresher course, which could definitely mean higher TEAS scores:nailbiting:! Anyway, looking forward to hearing from others going into Skagit's program and going through the process together:laugh:
  11. Congratulations MowgliB0803!! I'm so happy for you! I have picked my chin up and owned my mistake. Proper paperwork is in the mail for the NAC and I will reapply in Oct. If you don't mind me asking, what was your total points going in?
  12. Thank you! I'm still confused on the difference, but my application is filled out and will be in the mail tomorrow. Have a great quarter and I will definitely have questions for you after you get started:)
  13. Well, I got a letter, and apparently I'm an idiot. When I did my NAC, I applied for Nursing Assistant Registered and not Nursing Assistant Certified, so they did not consider my application. I know it's my mistake, but I feel like, really, i turned that application in in April, no one could have said something before the June 30th deadline?. Anyway, good luck to the rest of you, I will be applying again for spring quarter.
  14. I am sorry, but hey, keep your head up and try again. I firmly believe nursing is a calling, and if you desire it, it will happen. They are offering a TEAS prep class, which is full for fall, but check it out for winter. Good luck to You!
