Hey Dee!

Well we are almost done with our 5th week, and I must say I am quite tired. I absolutely LOVE our fundamentals clinical lab (can't wait to start actual clinicals in a few weeks!). Pharmacology is definitely a beast and requires a great deal of studying. And it gets tiring having at least one exam every single week. I really enjoy my classmates and my instructors though. I just need to keep my eye on the prize and forge ahead! :)

I'm glad things are going so well for you. I just got my official acceptance into Fall 07 NSC accelerated program so I'll be graduating shortly after you next year I think. Maybe we'll end up chatting at the hospital water cooler someday about our nursing school experiences.......

Congratulations!! :) In another threat I read a post by you stating that the accelerated program at NSC is 3 semesters now? Does that take effect when you start? I will definitely be looking for a 'Dee' from NSC next year in clinicals! :)

Yes, the changes start Fall07. We'll be doing a normal 3 semesters now instead of that freaky 5 ten week sessions thing for a year. I'll still graduate the same time, end of Summer 08. Yep, I can't wait. I'm so excited! I just wish the uniforms we have to wear were cuter. I'm going to look like a big white marshmallow floating along the hospital after my instructor.....
