I have done some research on this company. Had a phone interview the other day and it went REALLY well. They will call me next week to schedule a face to face interview. Was wondering if anyone can tell me anything about them other than what I know on the website? What have you heard about them?

I have never used them in my ALF yet, but they have a good reputation in the Salem area....don't know about anywhere else in the state. They have several different types of programs that most HH agencies don't offer, like innovative therapy modalities and alternative services such as aromatherapy and massage. They also have extended Hospice services, including "No One Dies Alone" in which they provide 24/7 caregivers for patients in the active phase of dying.

I didn't know that. Thanks Viva. Although the job I interviewed for was for HH, I really want to work with hospice patients. I feel that this is a good way to get my foot in the door and maybe after a 6 months (probably a long shot) to a year I can make the transition to hospice. I feel like I have a pull towards hospice.

I am really excited about this next adventure in nursing. I am a new grad and 7 months into my practice. My phone interview went really well, waiting to hear back to schedule a face-to-face interview.
