Hiii, I saw there wasn't a page for this yet. SO I decided to start one. Anyone submit their app yet? I just got accepted to SHSU and applied to the Woodlands campus. :)

They extended the TEAS and immunizations because they cancelled school last week due to the hurricane and alot of us were scheduled to take it last week. Application was due the 1st though

We should find out withing 8 business days from the 9th when everything closes. I am retaking TEAS tomorrow. Last stats were 83% in reading and 91% in math but I want to try and do better! Hoping my CNA and extra points for classes taken at Sam will help push me through!!

When did you take the TEAS the first time?

Do you have to apply to the main campus and woodlands campus separately or not? Also I'm nervous about my chances since they take so few people. Anyone know how many they are taking this spring? I have a 3.5 GPA and got a 75% overall on the TEAS, 90 in math and 75 in reading. I've gone to Sam my whole college career so I'm just crossing my fingers at this point!

you'll probably get in, given u go there.. you get points for that.. and you cannot apply to both campuses

Based on the scores I've seen in this thread, they are better than mine as far as the TEAS test. And I'm taking physiology this semester, so they may be concerned about that grade. Good luck to you to!

GPA 3.4 overall

GPA 3.6

teas 77

reading 85

math 87

He everyone, I applied to the main campus! My stats are:

Overall GPA: 3.71

Science GPA: 3.82

Overall TEAS: 82

Reading: 83

Math: 100

I applied last semester with pretty much the same stats and didn't get in because they said I was missing 2 shots on my immunization record so they are very strict. But Good luck everyone!
