SHSU Fall 2017 hopefuls

Hey guys! I wanted to start a thread for the people applying for the fall program at Sam Houston. The application period is getting close to opening and I am personally getting really nervous

U T health houston sent out the letters today..... I got denied again. Stats are 93 HESI and 4.0 prerequisite grade....

I feel your pain! I was denied as well.

I am still checking my email multiples times. They found out last year 6/2. Hopefully we know soon! And UT like there's no rhyme or reason to who they pick. I was denied summer and decided it's not the place for me.

I haven't heard anything yet. I applied to Main Campus with 3.45 pre nursing, 3.47 Core GPA and 91 TEAS. I hope my TEAS will help my GPA.

I guess I am lucky that I have already been accepted to Blinn's ADN program, and if I go there, I plan on doing TAMU bridge program right after, I just wanted to get my BSN knocked out. I live in CS, so the drive would be a pain, but am really hoping for admission to Sam.
