SHSU Fall 2017 hopefuls

Hey guys! I wanted to start a thread for the people applying for the fall program at Sam Houston. The application period is getting close to opening and I am personally getting really nervous

On the application it said they would send out emails 21 days after the applications close. 21 days was June 5th so hopefully they are finalizing everything and sending out emails this week!!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

It's probably 21 business days though which would be the 14th or 15th

It's taking forever to hear from them. I'm not hopeful anymore. Everyday goes by thinking I'll get to hear from them but I don't. Hopefully today is the day. I guess my patience is flying away. Anyways I hope it's this week and hopefully it will be positive. Fingers closed. I'm waitlisted in UTA and TWU I just can't handle another waitlist or a rejection.

I am waitlisted at UTA as well!!! Good luck to you. :) I would like to go to Sam though because Huntsville is much closer to my home than Arlington! ☹️ My grandpa has recently gotten ill so I would like to only be an hour away and not 4. But this anticipation is killing me too.

I'm sorry about your grandpa. I wish him a quick recovery. I would prefer UTA because it's close to home but I don't mind Sam as well. I can drive for 4 hours. We might not hear from them this week. I even stopped checking my email.

So I just talked to an advisor and she said they're sending them out in batches and they should all be sent by Friday.
