Should I take Anatomy and Physiology I Alone?

Hi All,

I am sort of in a dilema. I am taking A&P I this fall at Collin County Community College. I work full time and I have two boys ages 4 and 6. I have heard that A&P I is very hard at CCCC, but I want to have my prereqs in process and/or completed by Spring 2009 in order to apply for nursing school. Is it wise for me to take A&P I with Statistics this fall and take A&P II with Microbology in the Spring? Classes start on the 25th. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I have my first quiz tonight. I am terribly afraid that I missed something. I just don't feel comfortable. Who was your A&P I teacher at Quad C?

I am sitting here going over and over to prepare for this quiz. I am really stressing. Is there anyone else out there feeling overwhelmed in the first week?

I am to say I got through my first quiz and I made an "A". Now life as I know it is put on hold until I get through this class. There are 4 people in class repeating A&P I since they received a "B" in the class. I do not want to have to retake this class.

I had Mike Trulson, but he only teaches in the summer. He was fantastic. I am taking Elaine Fanini now for A&P II and I have Shannon Mathis for lab. Both seem very good. Fanini is known to be hard, but willing to help and its said you come out of her classes with really fantastic knowledge to carry you into nursing school. She is a bit of an icon at our school. She was a physician in Portugal before moving to the U.S.

Yeah, you really don't want to have to retake it if you can help it. Use the My AandP application that came with your book. It really really helps.
