Consider the potential risks and benefits of moving on. As others have said, negativity and drama can be found nearly everywhere so you may very well end up jumping out of the frying pan into the fire! If the conditions at your current job aren't too bad, you may want to stay for a while until you figure out where your niche lies. On the other hand if you are truly unhappy, start searching. You can always work prn at one job while you feel out the situation at another. Good luck in whatever you choose to do.
I would start looking - doesn't mean you have to do any dramatic changes coming up... its sort of nice having plan B if something happens at your job, anyway. I graduate in May and fully intended to be loyal to my job site through graduation. I had a job offer come up, maybe two months ago, that I declined for this very reason - but I said keep me in mind. Glad I did because this so called loyalty has really come back and bit me in the butt with a change in directors, so I'm hasta la vista! My great uncle always told me the best time to get a job is when you have a job... never hurts to look!
I hold a part time job at Winn Dixie and u wouldn't believe all the drama that's goin on there. It makes me feel like I'm back in high-school. With that said, drama is indeed everywhere. But u don't have to quit your job yet, wait until u definitely get something else then leave. How are bills gonna get paid if you don't have a job? So, just hang in there.

I became a
2 years ago and decided then that I would take a job and stay for at least 2 years so I had a significant amount of experience when I was ready to move on. Now, 2 years is here and there have been alot of negative changes and drama at my current job. I am not sure if it is time to start looking. I am a little afraid to change jobs right now. At least I currently have a little seniority because many people have been hired since me. If I change jobs I lose that. What do you all think?
