Have you looked at the point system of the schools you're applying to? Have you also looked at moving to a different city or even southern California where there are quite a few community colleges offering the nursing degree. Also consider at least working as a CNA so that you're working beside nurses and you'll be making money. Also some community colleges will give you points for that. Just whatever you do, don't go to a private institution because the tuition is not usually reasonable.

So I have my BS in Bio from CSUEB, graduated in '17. Spent a half of 2018 doing nursing pre-reqs and have not had any luck getting into pre-licensure or adn programs. My family is really getting me thinking maybe I should give up applying and just find a job. I have looked at online adn, hybrid programs and just seem to be going down a rabbit hole.
If you got a BS degree already you should be trying BSN program applications or accelerated BSN programs, not just ADN. When I first applied I actually got denied to ASN programs and actually got into the BSN program which was my top choice anyways...that was like back in 2013. A fully online program with not be an option for you unless you have LPN, or RN already. I suggest going to your closest state University and meet with a Nursing advisor on how you can reach your goals.
