Should I go back to school

Ok, I am here to ask advice from nurses. I have a masters degree in public administration but can really find a job. I have been thinking about going back to school and becoming a nurse. I am worried about it paying off in the end. Will I be able to get a job? I am also worried about going back to school and it taking two years. Does anyone have any advice?

Where in upstate NY are there jobs???? I live in Buffalo and there's waiting lists for all the hospitals here. (Unless you have experience.) There are no LPN or RN jobs in my nursing home. :( So when I'm done with RN school I'll be stuck doing my LPN job.

There are in Syracuse, Binghamton, Utica....I know for sure..:) but yes they look like villages comparing to Buffalo:)

Oooh...this is very depressing for a pre-nursing student..:uhoh3:
