Shocking abuse caught on tape

Has anyone seen this story before? This apparently happened 6 years ago but the video has been kept away from the public till now. This shows a developmentally delayed man being taunted and BEATEN in a healthcare facility. I am in total shock. Beyond disgusting.

I agree this is common. My father was at Barnes-Jewish extended care in St. Louis and he told me he was scared of the workers and to get him out of there, which I did. And the doctors and nurses we talked to at the hospital raved about how great this new extended care facility was. I think people forget that we need to invest in quality workers too!

Why was he scared? Any specific category of workers?

Good God Almighty. I had to stop watching after that girl repeatedly hit the mentally challenged man with that belt. Talk about demonic and sadistic. I hope karma and the law found her soon after.
