Hey everyone! I decided to make this post for those who want to attend Shenandoah University in Winchester / Leesburg Virginia. I noticed there aren’t many forums on this school and their nursing program and I’m curious to hear from those who attend the program. I also want to know how the application process is like.

I heard back about two weeks or so after applying. It's a pretty straight-forward process. But it is frustrating trying to make a decision to attend when there is basically no feedback from former/ current students online (or maybe I haven't found it yet).

Nice!! And yes I haven’t been seeing any recent feedback on how the program is like from other students. How was the interview did you apply for this fall? I have a friend who will be attending their nursing program this fall. I may attend next year but my top choice is Roseman University

Yes, I was accepted for Fall 2020. There wasn't an interview. I'm still waiting on a couple of other programs as well.

did anyone decide to go here? I recently got accepted and was just looking for any type of feedback about the program.

CONGRATS on your acceptance! which campus are you going to? I also got accepted but I applied to the campus in Leesburg for Spring 2021. I have a friend who’s going to the Winchester campus this fall. She had a cousin who attended Shenandoah’s ABSN and she’s said good things about the program (Winchester campus specifically).

yes me too! CONGRATS! mines is for the exact cohort im starting the same time as you for Spring 2021. this girl im talking to now also attended the winchester campus. did your cousin tell you where our clincal sites might take place? I wish there was a way for us to link and find out who also would be attending for real

Same here! I have been struggling to find people who are interested/attend Shenandoah’s ABSN program and talk about the process, let alone the Leesburg campus. What did the girl say about the program so far? I like how the application was so smooth and they accept people right away. For clinical sites in Leesburg the professor selects sites all throughout the nova area. I know they go to inova Fairfax, fair oaks, Loudoun hospital, etc. just depending on the class we’re taking the clinical for
