I applied for the Fall 2016 nursing program and am currently waiting to get my letter in the mail. I'm applying with 185 points total. Any comments or advice? Anyone else applying?
Nope. Although I am anxious and I don't mind asking folks on here, I figure it's best not to keep interrupting progress to make them answer the phone. I've been in plenty of situations where I've wanted to scream at every person who called for a "quick check on things": "I COULD GET IT DONE IF YOU'D STOP ASKING ME IF I'VE GOT IT DONE!"
It's annoying. I'm not going to be that person.
I'm not clear on your question. Are you asking how Shelton awards points based on your TEAS score? If so then whatever you've made on your TEAS is your base points and then, like what was previously said, you get 10 points for a C , 20 for a B, and 30 for an A in either Human Anatomy 1 and 2 and Microbiology. Plus, you get 3 points for having medical experience and I think 6 points for having all of your prerequisites done and a few points for having taking 18 credit hours at Shelton. For example, I made 106 on the TEAS an A in Human Anatomy 1 and an A in Microbiology. I also have medical experience giving me a 169. I hope I helped.

Nice! Wish I'd studied so I could've gotten a few extra points!
