I just got a call to schedule a phone interview with the NICU manager as well. Do you know how many they are interviewing for how many spots? I have never done a phone interview before.

I am not sure how many they are interviewing. This is my first phone interview too. I am very excited since this is my dream job in my dream place :) I hope this will go well. Good luck to you and please keep my updated if you find out more.

Did you have an internship or do any volunteering with Sharp's NICU?

No, I am from Bay area, so I did my preceptorship and volunteering here. No connection with Sharp at all, but would love to work there.

Hi,

They have more than 60 people for the phone interview. When you pass phone interview, you'll be selected for panel interview. At the end only 4 people will be selected to go to the NICU. Good luck

How did you find that out? I was guessing that by now they were filled, but could not find an actual status for my application. Bummer ):

A nurse recruiter for Sharp told me... Yeah, I had figured it was filled too, but last fall I applied for Mary Birch and received a letter stating I was not chosen, so I was kind of expecting the same thing, but either way at least we know now.
