Can't even remember much I just blacked out from nerves. They asked about ebp for patients, pt education, above and beyond moments, and how I would handle night shift?

Stay positive you never know. And the way I see it is they know we are new and will most likely be nervous. 🤞🏼

I had my interview last week and I haven't heard back yet. they said theyd reach out in 1-2 weeks. my portal still says under consideration

They told me they'd lmk in a week. I can feel the rejection though like their faces were not impressed with my answers.

Hi guys, just had my interview for Sharp Grossmont ED. They said today was the last day for interviews and I'd hear back in about a week. The interviewers were really nice and chill. The questions were easy too, IDK if that's a good sign. I was ready for some case study questions but they didn't ask any and it went by pretty fast.

Did you have prior experience in the ED? or are internal? or any prior clinical background ? Also CONGRATS on landing the interview and feeling really good about it too. Wish you all the best!

I did my preceptorship in the ER and that's abt it tbh and am an external. Don't rlly feel good abt it but don't feel bad either tbh.   Thanks!! Wishing u the best as well
