I am in an evening/weekend RN program we are on the same schedule and share the curriculum and some of the faculty with the day program. For logisitic purposes our faculty would really like us to share the facility when we have our pinning ceremony. Basically they would be 2 seperate ceremonies in the same facility on the same day. Have any of you done this and if so how did you make it work? Meaning how much time did you rent the facility for and how much time did you need between the ceremonies in order to clean up and then set up for the next ceremony? Any info would be great.

If you can have it on campus, it will save you a ton of money.
