Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi Everyone! I wanted to start a thread here because I could not find one for this cohort. I applied for the Adult Gerontology CNS track. Anybody know when interview invites will be sent out? ?

Hi everyone! I was just offered a seat for fall and will be accepting! I look forward to meeting you all!

CONGRATS! I'm so excited and happy that you got in!

Hi y'all! I am a new applicant for Fall 2021. I was wondering if any of you accepted students could provide me some honest insight into this program. I have applied to a few other schools (Rush, Johns Hopkins, Elmhurst - to name a few), and I would love to hear any advice that may help me narrow down my decision. Thanks in advance! ?

It's a bit rough atm because of COVID, but we've been able to progress just fine. The program has been really good about that. The one thing that I would like to highlight about SFSU's nursing program is that the support I'm getting from the program is phenomenal. I'm aware that some programs make it feel like they're "weeding" out their students to make sure they have the "best" nursing students in the end, but that is not at all the experience I'm getting. We're supported in our journey to becoming nurses.

Sorry for the late reply and thank you so much for your feedback!! A supportive program means so much! I was born and raised in SF so I'm leaning more towards SFSU right now but still waiting to hear back. Thanks again. ❤️
