Hi Everyone! I wanted to start a thread here because I could not find one for this cohort. I applied for the Adult Gerontology CNS track. Anybody know when interview invites will be sent out? ?

I'm in the same boat with you although I'm already in my 3rd week of classes at another program. I also like the specialty offered at SFSU since I applied for the pediatrics and the tuition is 1/2 the cost of my current program.
Oh, that's is good to know (fingers crossed!), and that is a really difficult position to be in, especially since you've already started. I am #11 (not as promising) for pediatrics as well, but at some point I want to start figuring out my living situation which would change things if I could get into SFSU. I also agree, I don't love that SFSU is not as "accelerated" with having summers off. I am trying to decide if waiting to hear anything back is still worth it...

I did, since I think it was the only option besides being dropped from the waitlist all together. I am curious about that too, since I need to decide if it's worth waiting or not ?

CONGRATS that’s very exciting! Hope your first semester went well at USF! Did you just decline your seat for SFSU?

Thank you for your input, Melissa! Generally, SFSU is so much cheaper (at least 1/2 the cost of my current program) and the downside is 3 years with summers off as opposed to my current program with no summers off and I'll be done by Spring 2022. I do like the current program quite a lot but the CNS track offered at SFSU appeal much more to me.
