Has anyone graduated from Seton Hall acclerated nursing degree or second degree program in NJ.
Is anyone going to the accelerated program or second degree program at Seton Hall University. Is a C considered failing in the school? I see that what is needed for admittance is just C's in all the prerequisites which leads me to believe a C would be passing when a person is in the program.
What is the program like? Clinicals?, Professors?
I am looking to attend but I am not sure because it is expensive but I think I will go if a C is passing. I met some people in my lab group in Chemistry who both went to a school in NYC and received a 73.4 and a 74.5 and they failed the class even thought they passed the clinicals. Its almost like the difference between getting one answer right on a test.

Maybe or Maybe not....hopefully there are enough spots. And just fyi, this is what she told me few weeks ago "As per the letter outlines, we will continue to go to waitlist over the summer. We currently have 22 deposits for 30 spots. We will start looking at our waitlist of 90 students sometime in June. You will be contacted via mail in June and July"
Thanks so much! I have to call because they never sent me a letter that I was waitlisted. I had to call..so I want to make sure I get something if I do get in..90 people and 8 spots...so crazy!

Oh okay, I got the waitlist letter on May 2, 2011 more than a month ago. Call them email them to get the status of your app! this is the email address that i always use to communicate with seton hall. she is the associate director i think. [email protected] hope this helps!!
yea they said they sent me a letter to inform me but i never got it..i called and they told me the status..ok i will do that..thanks!! this blog is so helpful..post something if you hear anything else.. i will do the same..

So I don't think seton hall is going to accept anymore for ABSN program for this fall since all seats are taken. I will call them to take me off from the waitlist. im going to umdnj this fall........seton hall is ridiculously expensive too so it isnt feasible for me anyway. good luck to everyone!!
I'm taking pre-req's now at Brookdale and this is the first time I'm hearing about waitlists at GCC. I think BCC/ NJCU have waitlists too for the Accelerated BSN. What news do you guys have about the waitlist situation? And I have questions about your pre-reqs if you took them at BCC. Hope you guys are doing well.
