Thank you!! No I didn't have any clinical components to my interview. It was again behavioral type questions and questions along the lines of "Why do you want to work here." pretty straightforward.

Hello all!

I just interviewed with the manager of the PICU yesterday. She said she is interviewing 10, and will be hiring 4-6. Good luck to all!!!

Hi jlyn56!

Unfortunately I was not offered a job at CHLA. But I accepted a position at Seattle Children's. I'm not sure if they have started making calls or not. The only reason I know I wasn't offered a job is because I calle them after receiving another offer. I wish you luck!

I do know that one of my friends was offered a job on hem/onc earlier this week.

Specializes in Nursing.

Anybody get a job offer in the NICCU? PM me if you did! :) Thanks!

hi everyone! i also interviewed last week (w the ED) and just came across this site! i was told by the managers that decisions would be made this week. it looks like hem/onc and NICCU have been given calls . . . any other floors? i called the recruiter today and left a message since i was getting a bit antsy :)

Did anyone from HR get back to you? I hope you hear good news!

thanks for the reply, lovepeacelove! i will be finding out monday - this has definitely been the longest week of my life, and this weekend will be even longer! congrats to all that already received a call! :) hopefully i will be meeting you all soon ;)

I just got a call from CHLA. The woman I spoke to said that although they had initially rejected me, they still have my application and would like to interview me for the oncology department. I thought it was kind of random but awesome that they decided to call. I was wondering if anyone else got a call as well?

Hi Ms. Informed!

I was talking to a friend sometime last week, so around the time you posted. She also said that she had gotten a call from CHLA telling her that they had initially rejected her and also wanted to interview her for a position as well. I'm not sure what department, but I'm pretty sure it was oncology. She rejected the opportunity because she had already accepted a position elsewhere. :)

Hello all,

I'm planning to apply to the program, and really want nicu. I have about 6 months experience, but in adult med surg. If anyone can share any advice/insight I would appreciate it so much! Thank you
