I don't know what you are asking. This case displayed the worst case scenario. After reading many articles, the nurses were promises many things and the agency did not provide them. They did not go the the places they signed for, the nurses didn't get paid, the assignment was overwhelming. They did not get proper orientation, in fact no orientation. The walked into a horrible situation and didn't know how to properly get out of the situation.

The nurse instead of reporting these issues to the right government agencies, for example the first bill a business has to pay is the payroll, they didn't report the agency to the Attorney General, they just accepted it The nurses felt the assignments were overwhelming, which it seems correct, they accepted the assignments day after day instead of reporting the situation to the Department of Public Health. Instead they all looked and accepted higher paying positions and resigned the same day. That gives the perception that they only cared about their money and not the patients. To complicate this issue they had signed a contract, they did not make any attempts to settle the contract before resigning which is what one has to do when you break a legally binding contract.

So in my opinion, the agency did not provide what they promised, the nurses many of them who came without a license ( which the nurses should have known better as professionals), did not navigate how to get out the situation without making a huge mess leaving the patients in a bad situation and the perception that they were only looking at their own pocket book.

In conclusion, know the Nursing Practice Act in the state you are going to practice. Know the local agencies which you need to report if you or your patients are treated poorly. Last if you sign a legal contract get a lawyer to break the contract legally.

I've attended their orientation earlier today. Im abut to sign the contract but i havent. I now giving myself another week for that matter. So additional information about this agency would be very helpful.

There is no reason for any additional information to be posted about them. You just need to take the time to do search, there are search engines here that can be used and others as well.

Please be aware that even if you sign a contract with them, you are still looking at more than seven years for a chance at a visa for the US, there is no guarantee. As well as the fact that you will have 30 plus patients that you will be legally responsible for per shift.
