Hi! Ill be registering to Pearson prolly next week.. My CTS is approved in IL..
How long will It take for Pearson to release my ATT? And when do I schedule for the exam...
I'm pretty nervous bc I heard that upon receiving the ATT, I only have 60 days to take the exam.. Or is it 60 days to schedule for the exam?
I am a full time hospital nurse, i don't think I can enroll myself to any review center... Has anyone here taken the nclex without enrolling to a review centr?
Encouragements/Advices please.... Thanks!

I studied lots of questions/rationales as a review. I was glad after I passed NCLEX RN that I did not waste my time and money for a paid review course.

I took the NCLEX 6 weeks after graduation and passed with 75 questions in 60 minutes.
I studied a little bit from Saunders but not aggressively.
I did not take any of the review courses and I think that they're unnecessary for a great many people.

I also did not use a review course. I read the strategies in the Kaplan Strategies book and answered 75-150 questions per day for about a week before the test from here: http://nursing.slcc.edu/nclexrn3500/mainMenu.do. I think the review courses are overkill and instill fear in the test takers.
