Selection Criteria

I have completed 5 other parts of my selection criteria for a new job app but am stumped by the last question any feedback would be appreciated.

6. Demonstrated ability to consistently display commitment to, compliance with and leadership in high quality Customer Service, Workplace Diversity, Occupational Health and Safety and Industrial Democracy principles, practices and relevant legislation relating to these areas and an understanding of and commitment to the organisations values.

I would first need to know how they define "high quality Customer Service". Are they talking about excellent patient care, or are they talking about certain phrases that you have to use to introduce yourself, always answering call lights within 3 minutes, and an eagerness to bring coffee instead of completing your medication pass?

I would need to know the definition of "Industrial Democracy Principles" and would need to see the "relevant legislation" relating to this area. Also, I would want a copy of the organization's statement of values.

Research why all of these became issues. Every single one has a story of fraud, abuse, mistreatment etc behind them and the consequences were an over reaction, per usual. If you can speak to the reason behind these trends, principles and practices you can show your understanding and commitment to them.
