I have completed 5 other parts of my selection criteria for a new job app but am stumped by the last question any feedback would be appreciated. 6. Demonstrated ability to consistently display commitment to, compliance with and leadership in high quality Customer Service, Workplace Diversity, Occupational Health and Safety and Industrial Democracy principles, practices and relevant legislation relating to these areas and an understanding of and commitment to the organisations values.

Hi thanks for your ideas. I am an enrolled nurse I am still required to register to work with the national medical board and work under the direction of a Registered Nurse not many countries have us but I pretty much do alot of what RN's do including IV medications and wound care anyways there should be more of us. The selection criteria is a spesific way to apply for a government job we it is suggested we use the STAR method which I have little experienced with its is definately challenging as it is what you are judged on to even get an interview I really want to do well my future is riding on it. I have never written a selection criteria I have read all the STAR method stuff but just don't know how actually start the Paragraphs I can add experience and outcomes please help I am desperate here are the questions Outline your professional responsibilities as an EN in the clinical environment. Describe how you will implement care, excellence, collaboration and integrity into your clinical practice? How do you ensure that you are an effective member of the healthcare team? Explain why the Nursing Process is essential in your patient care? Any help to intro these would be much appreciated.
