You might check some of the nat'l television stations like the "news" shows 20/20 etc., I have watched several of these type of stories on the sixth sense of dogs being used w/epileptic pts-it is quite amazing isn't it?
Also, have you tried Discovery Health Channel to see if the have any info archived? That's about the only places that I can think of off the top of my head. Hope something helps soon for you.

I a few links that might help in your search. Some are general service dog links that might have further links to more specific services. The first is an article about seizure dogs. The last one has a list of trainers and providers. You may be able to contact them for more information:

Abstract
Studies have demonstrated that "seizure-alert dog" owners with epilepsy exhibit improvement in seizure rates. One of the most difficult aspects for patients with epilepsy is the unpredictability of seizures. We evaluated the detection abilities of seizure-alert dogs in an inpatient epilepsy care unit where patients were undergoing continuous computer-assisted EEG. Between March and May of 2004 we monitored two patients who owned "seizure dogs" in the Epilepsy Care Unit at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Both patients were accompanied by their "seizure dogs" during their admission, as the patients felt more secure with the dogs.
