If you're struggling to pass the NCLEX-RN, a nurse refresher course could potentially help, but they are typically designed more for nurses who are re-entering the workplace.
I did find one nursing refresher program in your area, Collin College, but the program requires an active Texas RN license as it includes clinical hours.
However, there are many excellent online NCLEX review courses that specifically help with NCLEX preparation.

Here's just a few courses with good reputation. There are many others. Pick one that fits your budget and needs. Most have free sample questions to try, and most all provide all-important rationales for correct and incorrect answers.
