i am in ny too. I called today in PEARSON VEU they told me to call to BON, and ask to reliese the ATT. I didn't call them yet.How many q have you had on exam? My test was 110 q, lots of SATA.
Now I am taking kaplan Q Bank. Hope it will help.
just file your reapplication to ur BON, once they reply, u can already schedule your exam date and in an intant they will email ur ATT just like what i did...(CA BON)

I already paid PEARSON Veu 200$ moth ago. As I know, NY BON doesn't require to reapply to the BON again. Just pay for Pearson and wait for ATT by email. I think that they waiting for 45 days pass from the fail date, then they will issue another ATT.

you can actually send them a followup email, go to their BON site online for the e-address. Hope this helps! :)

Thank you for advising me to send email to BON, I finally received my ATT.
Yesterday I send email to them , and today I have got my ATT. Amazing, Thanks again. next step is study for exam and choose exam date.
