You are ready! When your sitting down, relax and take your time, hide the timer if you need to, those scores are a positive sign. I took it yesterday and actually knew some of the answers LOL You will have plenty of time, even if you have to answer more than 75 questions. I had a lot of prioritization questions, and about 15 SATA. I tried to register again, went completely through the credit card process, because I figured if I didn't pass I would have to pay for it again anyway. After entering in my CC info and clicking submit, I got a pop up that said I could not register due to already being in the system and taken it, or something like that, so I believe that is a good sign as well. Think positive and have faith in yourself! And Good Luck!

I took the nclex in April and did not pass, even though I took it against my better judgment. I am now scheduled to take it again in October and am using Kaplan as well as Kaplan's content review guide. I am also using Saunders the yellow book with disc as well. I am also using the awesome study guide posted on this site. I feel a lot more prepared this time and confident I have a study guide and plan and have completed it as we'll as the Kaplan q banks. My scores are as follows this is based on the study guide suggested for Kaplans five week study schedule.
Trainer 4 -76.0%
Trainer 5 - 69.3%
Trainer 6 - 66.8%
Trainer 7 - 65.3%
* RN Sample Tests*
Sample Test 1- 72%
Sampler Test 2 - 56%
Sample Test 3 prioritizing - 90%
Sample Test 4 Alternate response SATA -76%
