Nursing Students School Programs

Hi, guys. I've been looking for a forum for Seattle Uni BSN Program but there's none so I decided to make one. I'm applying for transfer/second degree program. I already have my B.A in psychology. Feel free to share anything. How's everyone's stats?

Let us know how it goes! Good luck!! ?
Did anybody ask in their interview how many people they were interviewing this year? I know they usually offer about 80 spots. The question slipped my mind though, so was wondering if anyone else asked about that?

I did ask them but they didn’t tell me the exact number. They said they call half of the people that applied for the program, and accept half of the people that were interviewed and said it was approx 80-90 people getting accepted.

I got out of my interview like an hour ago. It definitely helped preparing sample questions beforehand, cause I knew what to say when they asked me the questions. I probably sounded robotic, but I’m happy with how it went.

I just had my interview and it did help going over the general interview questions. I was super nervous but I think it went well. Good luck to everyone!!

@brendamatadiaz Same! I might have over prepared just a bit. I purposely tried to make it look like I was thinking whenever I would catch myself LOL.
It sounds like we all did pretty well at our interviews! Good luck to everyone with acceptances in just a few weeks! ??

I'm applying to SPU not SU, but can s/o describe how the interview process at SU went? Do you guys have to write an essay or math problems or such?
Best of luck to y'all!

Hey! We briefly were talking over on SPU thread I think! LOL. I applied to both SU and SPU and I just had my interview on Tuesday for SU. They didn’t have any math problems or essay prompts like SPU will have. They just had 5 pretty straight forward questions then gave us an opportunity to ask questions ourselves.
same with what @kingleo said, they ask you 5 questions and at the end you can ask them any questions you may have. I think UW is the only school that includes dosage calculation questions in their proctored essay.
Who all else in this thread is applying elsewhere outside of SU?

Haha yes! That's nice. Thanks! Good luck to your interviews!!
