Seattle U APNI Fall 2022

Hi everyone!

I didn’t see a thread for Seattle U APNI program so I decided to make one! I submitted my application for the Fall of 2022 last month. I submitted my application pretty early and I think they don’t start looking at applications until after the deadline. The program is not counting the GRE and waived the application fee due to COVID so that’s good! 
 

Stats: last 60 is 3.5GPA

Pre-requisite: 3.5 GPA

Healthcare experience: 3 years working as an MA in an outpatient cardiology office, 2 years working as an inpatient orthopedic technician, 1 year working in inpatient wound care. Just started to work as a scribe in the ER and working at the same time in research at UCLA!

Yes, I interviewed back in February! 
This was my second time applying to this program. Last year, I was waitlisted with no interview.

Ya'll I just got my acceptance to the FNP specialty! I was pulled from the waitlist keep your hopes up!!

note: I did interview in February. This is my second time applying. whoot whoot!

would also love to connect with others in the DNP program ?

Hi is anyone doing a facebook group or something similar for accepted students. Would love to get to know you all before classes start. ?

To those who were accepted but will not be moving forward with Seattle U, may I ask why?

Also to those who were accepted, what was the deadline to confirm your attendance?  I wonder if a wave of offers to waitlisted students will come out after that date passes.

I'm curious, was there a date that you were supposed to confirm with SU by?
