Now I have applied since 2015 for several positions in many hospital but I couldn't get a job. I attended many Carrier fairs in 2016, but no success. Now I have been out of profession so at least 3 years, what should I do? I still have 1 year before I have to do refresher course, I apply for job at many places but no answer. Please help me.

Are you looking at OTHER facilities, not just hospitals? To many, you are an 'old, new graduate and you are competing against many new, younger graduates who also are seeking hospital positions. So this may be your best option at this time.

Have you taken any certifications or special courses since nsg school? Include them on your resume - just to make yourself shine' a bit brighter. And make sure that your resume is top notch.

Good luck.

Three years out of school means you likely need to take a refresher course to be seen as pertinent in today's job market. Also, as advised above, you will probably have better luck with positions outside of acute care.
