Searching for Fall 2013 Baker College Owosso applicants

Hello! I see so many posts on here of people from the same school connecting. I was hoping to do the same thing. I am looking for other students who applied for the Fall 2013 nursing program at Baker College in Owosso, Michigan. I took my Kaplan today and am beyond excited to hear if I got in or not. It would be nice to share experiences, get to know each other a little, and form a support group before classes even start.

After the Kaplan they give you a breakdown to figure out how many points you have out of the 100. I have 90.01 so fingers crosses!!! Congrats to you by the way!!!! Any advice on surviving the program? I'm super excited! We should be getting the determination email in 4 days!!!

Thank you. My best advice is to make time for yourself to unwind but try to stay on top of things. If you procrastinate like I do it can be very overwhelming at times but I made it so you can too. Also remember once your in the competition is over, some of the best people I know I met through this program and will be friends for the rest of our lives. Oh one more thing if you tend to get hung up on getting 100% on everything try to let that go, it's not impossible to get through with high marks but don't let that distract you from your purpose of being there. MY LETTER CAME!!!! My husband is deployed so in waiting for him to wake up to Skype so we can open it together!! This is killing me!!!

I wish more people found this. Should we start a facebook page? Do you think people will find us there? Itd be nice to talk with everyone before orientation!

I know! Yes I do think we should start one. Hopefully between the two we can get a good number of people together. I'm sure people will find it. I can't be the only one who searched for one on fb after getting the acceptance letter.
