I know exactly what you are going through. I picked up a set of these shirts from Landau and don't even want to think about anything else. The ability to cross my arms across my chest without tearing across the shoulders is great too. The torso is a little longer than any normal scrub shirt, so leaving untucked works and you can get a nice breeze going up through the vents. It doesn't say on their website, but it is a 65/35 Polyester/Cotton.

I wear a wife beater tank top, traditional white nursing hat, nursing skirt, and white orthopedic hose. The tank top is extremely comfortable and breathable, and trust me, nobody is looking at or complaining about the top.
