Sorry, Oramar, have not been keeping up with this story. What has been going on? How has the competition caused St. Francis to go under? Was St. Francis a fairly decent facility, nurse friendly?

Yeah, it had reputation for treating employees fairly well. It also served the poor and under insured, especially those with mental problems. These things are not permitted in todays healthcare enviroment.
