I believe that means your video submission was completed. Once it gets picked up by the recruiters it goes "under review" and from there if it is picked up by a floor, you should get another email that it's been forwarded to the hiring managers.

Hi, 

Has anyone who applied for Mercy San Diego Trauma heard anything back yet? My app moved into "under review" on the 10th but I haven't seen any movement after that.

My application still says "completed" not "under review". Is there still a chance for me?

I'd say don't lose hope until they've kicked you out.
