How does their application works? You gotta sent them a video?
From the times I applied heres what I've noticed. You apply to the hospital, then the automatic system that reviews your app kinda sees if you meet the basic requirements from what I've noticed (based on your responses) and they send an automatic message to have you do a video interview which is just answering 10 basic questions in video form on Hirevue (only give you 72 hours to submit) then hiring managers review apps and videos submitted and decide if they want you to do a video interview with them.
