Scripps New Grad Residency October 2025

Opening New Grad RN support thread- Best of Luck! 

This is my second time applying, and the process feels much slower and quieter compared to when I applied for the August program. I was thinking that they might be scheduling internal applicants before external ones, which could explain the lack of updates so far.

I would not get discouraged when it comes to getting forwarded. Last application period the hiring manager from the floor I applied personally called me and asked to schedule an interview 1 week from the deadline they were going to stop. Each manger goes at own pace. On other note I heard that Scripps is only hiring internal this cohort:/ but who knows. Best of luck future nurses!

I reached out to talent acquisition and they informed me they're still going through applications. If you haven't heard anything don't feel discouraged just yet. They informed me my application was still being considered 😀

I received an email saying that my application was forwarded to the hiring managers at the DEU today.
