Scripps New Grad Residency October 2024

Hello! I just wanted to start a thread for this upcoming cohort to see if there are any updates :) 

Hi,

I applied July 1st, got an email that my application has been forwarded to hiring manager on July 22nd, and received an interview date on July 30th. I was interviewed on Aug 6th. As of today, I haven't received any response yet. I hope it's a good sign.. has anyone interviewed and heard back yet?

I'm in the same exact boat, but I was told we would hear back by now. What location did you interview at?

Scripps Mercy - General New Grad RN (Internal Employee)

how about you? 
 

I have a classmate who applied same location but only for 1 unit. She is also an internal employee. She got her rejection letter after 2 days. I hope this is a good sign of not getting anything yet.

I interviewed at la jolla on July 29 and have heard nothing. My friends who applied also received their rejection letters.

It's driving me crazy! I was expecting a response last week. I reached out this morning to the recruiter who emailed me to schedule my interview, waiting to see if I get any news from her. I was just offered another job, but scripps is my first choice so I'd really like to know if there is any chance im still in the running 😭

Where was your other job offer? If you don't mind asking...

hey! I can't PM you since my account is still new.. do you mind sharing any advice, your work experience, if you had a referral, and how you made yourself stand out? going to graduate with my BSN soon and applying for Scripps. I heard SD is really competitive so I just wanted to get more insight from those who got hired on!
