  1. I talked to my unit manager and she said the new grad program is cancelled for August cohort
  2. I've been referred to hiring for 3 postings out of the 11 I submitted. The others say others more competitive.
  3. I got hired on my 3rd time. I have my ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, mental health first aid, RN license. I've also been a CNA 4 years and a previous Scripps employee.

  12. I've applied for multiple units over the past 3 applications. I'm willing to take anything at this point but my application never gets to the interview stage. I'm not sure how else to be more competitive. I feel like you Gotta know someone
  13. Nope, nothing. I also worked at scripps as a CNA for 2 years. The hospital I worked at isn't participating in the new grad program so I have no connections unfortunately ?
