Thought I would post another thread on here for the scripps new grad program starting this summer as applications are open for internals and soon will open for externals. I myself am an internal, applied Monday, and have an interview already set for May 7th... Good luck to all!!!
No not the online one. They pulled out a talentmine packet at the end of the interview and said they wanted to ask me some additional questions. There was about 10 or so questions and they were rating the answers on a scale of 1-3...I did the talentmine online when I applied. Is that what you mean?
Hey Chicago GirlMy interview was today at 1pm as well.....Bet I saw you there. How did yours go?
Hey JRose17
Mine went okay...I was at table 6, with the two ladies (if you walked in the room and went immediately right they were the first table :) The questions were not as behavioral as I thought they would be...how did yours go?
I am sure all of your interviews were great today! Just wondering what was the max # of interviewers you were able to see? Trying to make sure I bring enough of my résumé :)Thanks in advance!
You interview with one panel. My panel was only 2 people but I saw panels of 3 and 4 as well. I brought one portfolio and a 4 additional resumes but they each have a copy of your resume already. They did appreciate the portfolio and I only think it is necessary to bring one for he whole group as they viewed it together and too many might be a little overkill. Good luck to you all. I got the impression that they are looking for confident leaders......they can always train you on clinical skills.

No, they didn't do any additional talentmine things in my interview. They did have my talentmine results from the online assessment, I know that. I interviewed today at 10:15, regular residency not DEU. I think they were scoring my regular questions though.

That's interesting. I thought all of the questions were behaviorial (as opposed to clinical). I wonder if the different tables had different questions based on our talentmines? My table had 3 interviewers. Just speculating. :)

I was surprised at the lack of clinical questions. I was worried they were going to ask about lab values and priority setting, etc. I was surprised it was more about how I feel about nursing...?
