Scripps New Grad January 2023

Hey! Just wanted to start a thread to share info and experiences:) I applied over the weekend and completed the on demand interview on the 13th. Does anyone know how long the job is posted for? I couldn't see a deadline like I have for other apps. Good luck to all!

I went with Scripps! Seems more established and has a more structured new grad program with a positive work environment. I also noticed that there are a lot of job openings online for Sharp but rarely Scripps which made me think Sharp is more short staffed? But I’m sure both would be great to start regardless.

Hi! I also was choosing between Scripps and Sharp. For me personally, I chose Sharp. Sharp offered me L&D while Scripps offered me a med surg position. I think it depends on what unit you're more interested in and what's a better fit for you as well!

I had an interview with Scripps Chula Vista DOU unit yesterday. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to you?

I just got an offer for scripps mercy sd surgical acute.. seems like some spots may have opened up.. also does anyone know if that base pay of 56 is based on having a bachelors?

I asked and was told that ADN and BSN have the same base pay of $56 and then $57 if you have a MSN
